If you would like your order shipped as a gift, please let us know the recipient's name and address as well as any message you'd like to include in the "Notes" section when you check out.
We ship USPS First Class which takes 3-5 business days in the U.S. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days with the exception of our embroidered bags which have about a two week turnaround time. You will receive shipping notification from PayPal regardless of your payment choice.
Non-U.S. customers are required to pay any customs and/or taxes in their country. (Usually required for items over a certain price. Check with your country's postal system for accurate fees.)
USPS Priority shipping upgrade is available. Use the listing at the top of the product page to add it.
If for some reason you'd like to return an item, simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will help you with your order. Returns of unused items are accepted within 30 days of order date.
